James F. Cowan (JC) is one of Seattle's premiere vocalists noted for his wide range,
showmanship, perfect pitch and big muscles, not to mention his ability to sing on
beat while dancing way, way off beat! James started singing in his mom's closet
in Everett, Wa afraid to sing in front of anyone and later found himself singing
in front of crowds of up to 50,000. His career has spanned from Everett to New York,
from Las Vegas to Japan. He has had the privilege to perform with musicians such
as Roger and Zapp, Kool and The Gang, Tony Terry, Joe, Boys to Men, Brandy, LL Cool
J, Kenny G, The Fugees, Take 6 and Roberta Flack to name a few. James had a solo
album that released in 1996 and was played on radio stations all across the country
while his video was played on channels such as VH1 and BET. After spending 2 years
performing in Japan, James moved back to Seattle and performed with the top local
cover bands as well as original bands. During this time, James found his musical
muse in Amy Beth and the two set out to form their dream. We are not here to take
over the world; we are just here to play in it. Together, we are proud to present
to you…ONCORE! |
